The former manor house was built in the 17th century and sits in 1.8 acres of stunning grounds, including formal and rose gardens, stables with adjacent paddocks; and an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. The knapped flint Hall shows original Tudor influences which has now been juxtaposed with a more softer contemporary design by renown Norfolk interior designer, Lisa Dawson.
The Hall is set within a charming parkland and nestled amongst oak trees and its own orchard. The property backs on to neighbouring farmhouses and cottages housed within the beautiful Heggatt Hall Estate. Access to the working farm which boasts outbuildings, workshops and stables, the estate also borders the serene and unspoilt Norfolk Broads and River Bure allowing it to be reached by foot and vehicles.
Located 100 miles from London, 7 miles from Norwich City Centre and 29 miles from the beautiful sandy Holkham beaches. The nearest railway station is Hoveton & Wroxham, approximately 4 miles away.

“We chose Heggatt Hall for our SS27 menswear stay & shoot location for Joseph Turner and we couldn’t be happier with how it went, it looks fantastic in the shots and was a joy to work and stay in. There was such a variety of interesting and beautiful outdoor settings that were genuinely spoilt for choice and never ran out of places to shoot. The interiors were tasteful, spacious, flooded with light and it has a grand but grounded feel which is ideal for our brand. There was abundant space for all our clothing and equipment which really helped everything to run smoothly. Henry and Anna were so helpful in the lead up to shoot and lent us props for some of our set ups which was really appreciated. We would love to shoot at Heggatt again and hope to be back soon.
